Safety is our top priority. If the flow rate exceeds 300 m³/s, we will suspend rental operations for safety reasons and cancel all reservations at no charge.

We display the current temperature of the Aare River directly on our live dashboard. Once the temperature reaches around 18°C, it’s considered ideal for a day of swimming during the boat tour.

Dürfen Kinder bei hohem Wasserstand auf die Aare?

We recommend the Aareböötle for children ages 6 and up in sturdy inflatable boats. When water levels are high (over 200 m³/s), we restrict the rental of tubes and SUPs to ensure the safety of families.
